Premier Home Watch & Concierge will inspect your property weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. Depending on the frequency of the visit, at the completion of each visit a detailed copy of our checklist will be emailed to you. We will also include pictures or notes for any monitoring or potential problems that have arisen.
